Sold us a used EV but when we realized the charging cord was not in the vehicle, they didn’t want to even split the cost to by a new one. They could even top off the battery before we left. I called & made an appointment to have my car serviced ( there was a recall on the oil pump). They took my information i sent them the information they asked for. They made my appointment for 2 weeks later because they needed to order the part . I go there for my appointment they inform me they dont have the part. They could have called me before I took the time to drive down there & make arrangements to get picked up. They have done this before. I am never going back there again. I was also told by someone who knows this dealership that they dont use Ford parts for repairs & they take your car to an outside mechanic. Beware of Ford Montebello. Horrible way to treat a customer!! More
