I think the only thing I would comment on this dealership is that on Google Maps, the entrance goes through the parking lot next door. And in reality, it does not connect. I get attended quickly and people are nice. There was a little confusion as to how to use Ford points for official products (send it with a service rep, wait for a free rep, sit with them for the paperwork, go back to the parts window, wait for paperwork, find product and then pay). The only thing I would really streamline is the product purchasing process. More
