I would like to start off with we got a 2016 Ford F-150 which we absolutely are in LOVE with. However, yesterday 12-12-20 we were notified by our credit report that it was hit multiple (many) times by di which we absolutely are in LOVE with. However, yesterday 12-12-20 we were notified by our credit report that it was hit multiple (many) times by different lenders. We believe this kind of information should be told to the buyer. Our salesman/ manager came to us saying we have good and bad news. You got the truck but..... Without going into word for word, we ended up being $129 over what we told them we wanted our payments to be after it was all said and done. We were told they would put a soft cover on the bed and that they would pay half. We ended up paying for the cover. We ended up paying $300 for the new plates as lack of communication in the office salesman new we needed new plates but a different person was doing loan requests and said we was already past the point of adding onto the loan amount so we would have to transfer a tag or pay right then for a new tag . Very pushy and not very good at listening to customer or coworkers. We are pleased overall with our purchase. Our salesman was a very polite and helpful guy we just feel communication had room for improvement. More
