Sales sucked! Tried to sell me a truck for 17,000 over what Jd power said it was worth. My bank said no way in xxxx. So I ended up driving back to Mi and buying one in my home town. The service department soaked me for 2,700 dollars to fix my old truck. If I had been home I would have fixed it myself for 500 dollars. Your dealship is the worst I have ever been too. I will make sure I tell every person I meat how horrible I was treated and take an advantage of. Your Personnel must take me for some kind of fool. Word to the Wise never judge a book by its cover. Spots all over the vehicle when it was returned to me. It took me over an hour to wash the truck and rub the spots out. Then where did they come from. Not there when i came in. Really poor work from contractors. I expected a professional job but got garbage. I think PR Ford is out to get me.
