My advisor was and always is a pleasure to work with, however this service was awful. I had to go back to have my service light reset and they wrote down that I had to service again in less than 400 m however this service was awful. I had to go back to have my service light reset and they wrote down that I had to service again in less than 400 miles. Fortunately I had to go back for tires anyway so not a big deal. However I’ve had to put more oil into in and other fluid lights have come on and need filling. Poor job by the technician. More

I had my vehicle there about a week ago. Was told by service advisor, that i need breaks and rotors front & rear. Front about 900 & rear 800 & need break fluid replaced for 200. I asked him to give me the parts # for the parts need it totaled with tax 1300.41. I found the parts (FORD MORTOR CRAFT) On line from another dealer in jaxsonvill fl for 606.00 tax and shipment Included. I called back the service advisor to tell him that i ordered the parts need, & asked him how much to have them installed.. He told me about 400.00 for the parts to be installed not Including the break fluid being replaced. I called another local ford dealer and they told me that they would do it for about 260. I forgot to ask about the break fluid.but will have them do it as well. So i figured i saved about 800.00 from you guys. I alway brought my vehicle to ford of portrichey but now i will take it to the other ford dealer More
