Service was excellent. .Matt the service manager was very helpful. The sales department was very helpful also showing us a variety of vehicles. The only issue was we had a remote start put on our 2017 Ford Explorer at another Ford dealership when issue started happening with our vehicle. That is why we brought our vehicle in to be checked out by another Ford dealership. They found that by disconnecting the remote start that was put on was the problem. They disconnected that and we had no problem sense. Because it was a Ford issued product I don’t feel we should’ve had to pay the $200 computer diagnostics check that found nothing at all wrong Except to disconnect the remote start. I will be talking to the Ford dealership in Virginia where it was put on to have the rest of it taken off and they get a refund on the remote start. And to see if I can get the $200 back as this is a Ford product. The dealership in Virginia that put it on was the Ford company in Luray, VA 22835. If you could help with this in anyway I would appreciate it and possibly keep buying Ford vehicles. I have always been a four-man as I’ve had three Ford explores , a Ford truck, a Ford Taurus and other Ford vehicles throughout the years. Currently though I feel if this cannot happen I may have to switch to other vehicle makes going forward. If you could help us out with this I would appreciate it. I went to ya e the works oil change and inspection. Never told me my battery was leaking acid broke my windshield fluid cap.
