Unprofessional, worthless, liers . Including the management in service Nick & Eric. Lied to my face right up till checkout. Our car spent 4 days in service and came back with more issues than it wen management in service Nick & Eric. Lied to my face right up till checkout. Our car spent 4 days in service and came back with more issues than it went in for, & the service department was well aware & said NOTHING!, let me drive 30 minutes to pick it up only to leave it again. I am beyond disgusted with this dealership, at least the service end. Me, my family, friends & anyone else that will listen to me will never step foot in your facility again!! More

Disappointed! Needed "reg." oil chg - good to go ... BUT readout still reads "OIL CHANGE REQUIRED" - NO ONE reset the car's "memory." Tried texting service rep (Cadan?) - no response. My service rep was extremely helpful gave me a great deal on new tires fixed my problem that I came in for which happened to be under warranty and I was at 37,000+ miles but it was drivetrain and whoever did on new tires fixed my problem that I came in for which happened to be under warranty and I was at 37,000+ miles but it was drivetrain and whoever did the service excellent job my 2018 King Ranch diesel has another round better thank you very much More
