Not satisfied this time. Went in due to break down from a recall and had some other service done. Car was in for a week. Was told first it should be done in three days. Then was told it should be done t a recall and had some other service done. Car was in for a week. Was told first it should be done in three days. Then was told it should be done the next day. After two more days i had to take off work and wife had to cancel two clients costing us over $350. The reason it was not done on the sixth day was because the mechanic called in sick and locked the part in his tool box. More

Called ford on Tuesday 051821 and left message for a call back re car door repair . Toni G returned call very quickly and answered my questions and I made appointment to bring suv Eddie Bauer for check up W back re car door repair . Toni G returned call very quickly and answered my questions and I made appointment to bring suv Eddie Bauer for check up Wednesday 051921 at 8:30am .my grandson drove Eddie there and I followed. Left Eddie and waited for call regarding replacements. Toni called in afternoon and explained all. Parts needed to be ordered for door . Gave the ok for door repair and left Eddie there so they could work repair on Thursday 052021. Picked Eddie up Thursday afternoon and yea open door( no climbing over all). Toni G did offer shuttle service but I had family to help. All said very pleased with service.many thanks More
