I made an oil change appointment online for 10:40am and received a confirmation. When I got to the dealership at 10:30am, my name was not on the list and I had a long wait just until someone would take my received a confirmation. Would not fix known problem with lead pan because was just cleared at another facility when doing an update. I have supporting documentation that a pre diagnostic was done that displayed the error code a just cleared at another facility when doing an update. I don't understand why if a known issue and under warranty why not fix? Why continue to drive just to get the code recorded and risk damage and someone's safety. More
