Had 2 poor experiences, the first was to have lug nuts removed then was called 3 days later to be notified they didn’t have the key. The second was a hassle to get a recall done, took 6 days before any wo removed then was called 3 days later to be notified they didn’t have the key. The second was a hassle to get a recall done, took 6 days before any work was done, was told a 1700 dollar steering column needed to be repaired because the recall took to long to be repaired but wouldn’t be covered. I took the car to another shop to be told nothing was wrong with the steering column More
