Total confusion with making appointment. I called, scheduled day and time. Then, advisor called me back to schedule, like I had never made appointment. Toni's team had my SUV in and out within 1 hour ! I have cancer and needed a battery installed. I'm on oxygen and can't stay long before it runs out, so I brought an extra tank, but didn't need it ! Toni my service advisor was awesome! She was courteous and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. She got me in and out so fast.
