Disappointed again I brought in the car at 10:20 for my appointment - oil change, rotate, recall. Service writer said it would be done about 2. At 4:30 I am calling to see when my car will be done because I did not want the service department to close with my car still there. Service writer said he was sorry that they were running behind. Picked up car and did not get a detailed slip on how my car did on the inspection nor did I get a stick in my front window to remind me when to get service again. I have always had my cars serviced that the dealerships where I get my cars but I will be going to a different dealership. This is not the first time I have not been happy with Ford of Port Richey. When I called John Kidd, he answered and was very helpful right from the beginning. We scheduled my appointment and when I got there he was waiting and took my truck back immediately.
