Had 1:20 appt for oil change and tire rotation. At 2:30 they still hadn’t even started. Complained to service advisor and his reply: “ Well they get busy back there” My reply, “ so do I that’s why I made they still hadn’t even started. Complained to service advisor and his reply: “ Well they get busy back there” My reply, “ so do I that’s why I made appt”! Long story short, he comes back a few min and says they’re taking it back now and it will take an hour and a half. Then, about 15 minutes later he says they will be done in a few minutes, and no charge. About 20 minutes he says truck is done, hands me keys, no paperwork, no explanation what was done.. WTH? I didn’t come in for a free oil change, I came in for service and rotation. So, after 2 hours there, I leave not knowing what they did and didn’t do . I know the tires weren’t rotated, the sticker wasn’t changed, the electronic oil change percent meter wasn’t reset, and no explanation of service . How could they be any less professional? Rated a 1 star because 0 stars not an option. More

Incomplete Going in to this service department I had high hopes. After having my vehicle serviced I am never going back. They are not looking out for your best interest they only decide to fix what they want to fix and if there is something they missed they don’t take any ownership about it. I’m extremely disappointed in how they handled my car and how I was treated as a customer. One would think after putting as much money as I did into the repairs that I would get a completely working car but that is just not the case with Ford in Port Richey. More

Now taking it there has become a trust issue for me. Toni figured out the mistake by the mechanic and for that I was grateful. More
