So Michelle, Can you explain to me what services were performed, cause a simple " we're sorry for any frustration that we've caused" doesn't help the situation. I STILL don't know what was done...and just to be perfectly clear... I'm not frustrated, I'm downright pissed off by the lack of customer service I seem to be getting and from the standard CS reply you've provided.
