Michelle, just yesterday I had a voicemail from Nathaniel letting me know that they received the part. I haven't called him back because I don't think it's fair that I have to pay over a hundred dollars for something that should have been fixed from the beginning. They can say whatever they want and make up excuses but they know that was the issue to begin with and not the hose like they said it was. And just to make it clear, Nathaniel took good care of me and my complaint isn't about him. What happened isn't his fault. I blame the technician.
