The service department is not as bad as the sales, but you have to be sure you stay on course, don’t let them talk you into buying a new car. First they called me and told me they could get me out of my lease early and into a car I want. So I picked out a mustang, and the day before I was to sign the papers they tell me they can’t get me early turn in, I’ll have to pay the remaining 4 payments, and if I wanted the car I had better take it now, it may not be available in 5 months. I’m sorry I ever dealt with them. More

They had my car all day Thursday and all day Monday. They didn’t do anything besides hooking it up to the computer and because it didn’t show any codes they only drove the car and nothing else. I under stand that they don’t get paid from the warranty but it’s unacceptable that they won’t do anything to find the problem. This is the second time that I had my car in for the same problem. We will be taking my car someplace else. But Nathaniel was very nice and explained the reasons why. More

I previously went for service to whoever charged the least ... big mistake. I haven't looked back as the prices are reasonable, the facility is first rate, and more importantly, the folks that work there, most especially, Toni Governale, are top notch in customer service and with their product knowledge. I actually had a major problem with a previous car in Ocala and drove all the way to Ford of Port Richey precisely because I knew they - Toni Governale - would be honest in their appraisal and recommendation. I will continue to take my car to Ford of Port Richey in the future. More
