I took my car in for an oil change and to have a brake light replaced and John Kidd got my car in quickly and even had it washed as well before i pick I took my car in for an oil change and to have a brake light replaced and John Kidd got my car in quickly and even had it washed as well before i picked it up. John is friendly and knowledgeable and both my husband & I always schedule any service/ repairs our vehicles need thru John because he always takes very good care that we are satisfied and happy with results. I highly recommend Ford of Port Richey and John Kidd in the service dept. Also spoke with Dakota Hatch in sales about possibly trading my car in soon on a newer model. Dakota was very friendly but not pushy...lol which is always a plus. Will follow up with him when we're ready. More

Had a double airbag recall on my Mustang Becky handled my airbag recall taken care of in just two hours. Both airbags needed to be changed and I expected to pick up the car much later that da Becky handled my airbag recall taken care of in just two hours. Both airbags needed to be changed and I expected to pick up the car much later that day or possibly the next but wow what a pleasant surprise when I got the call just two hours later. No one hard pressure saled me when I was there even though my car is 12 years old. They actually all remarked at how well it looked despite the hard miles and said my car was a keeper. Great experience that I had been anxious about taking care of for months. Glad it’s done now More
