Toni is awesome! I’ve been bringing our 2011 Ford Escape here since I moved down in 2016. Toni is the best and very helpful and professional. "Professionals" at Ford Tony Governale and Service Crew found and fixed the problem with my air conditioning system, {that two other services I used while I was traveling and Tony Governale and Service Crew found and fixed the problem with my air conditioning system, {that two other services I used while I was traveling and away from the home area - faked it and simply added more Freon for a fix}.
