Terrible service Brought my son’s 2015 Ford Fusion for a tire rotation and balance as he’s leaving for college. I brought a new set of lug nuts because the original on Brought my son’s 2015 Ford Fusion for a tire rotation and balance as he’s leaving for college. I brought a new set of lug nuts because the original ones from the factory had swollen and deteriorated so much that they needed to be replaced. I had a conversation with the service manager, John King who proceeded to tell me there would be an additional charge of $65 to remove the old lug nuts. So Ford makes lug nuts that swell and erode over time to the point where a driver will be stranded on the side of the road without being able to change a tire. Then they want their service centers to charge additional money when a loyal Ford customer like me asks for some simple cooperation. As I explained that to John King he told me that my car had only been there five times. So I guess that’s not enough for Ford of Port Richey to provide reliable and worthy service. Guess how many times I’ll be bringing my two Fusions back to Ford of Port Richey? ZERO. After I told John King to give me the keys and car back I took it to Goodyear. They replaced the lugs at no charge and rotated and balanced the tires. In and out in 90 minutes. Your service manager needs some training on how to treat customers. More

First time in five years I’ve caught him on a day off. :) Frank stepped right up in Steve’s absence and had the job completed in about the usual two hours. Tech picked up on the fact of my vehicle needing a new battery...got five years out of it in Florida...not bad. Courtesy ride provided. Good communication all around. Good value for work done and customer service provided. More

Very good. Nice waiting area. Popcorn donuts coffee and tv. I was there on saturday and they grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. My service person steve wollak was Nice waiting area. Another Great Job by Service Advisor Steve Wollak My wife was hearing a random sound when turning the steering wheel counter clock wise. She took it into Steve explained what was going on he called her back informing that not only was the sound located but a there was a problem with the computer that controls the sync radio this also needed to be replaced. I’ve been around for a while and I don’t know of a service advisor that looks out for well being of their customer like Steve Wollak does. Thanks Steve More

At arrival, we wa We scheduled an oil change and full tire replacement 3 weeks in advance. We received a confirmation call the evening before service. At arrival, we waited a half hour to be told they couldn't guarantee our service because another vehicle was on the lift. After 10 minutes we were told our service could be completed, but our vehicle would not be ready until the afternoon. We phoned in the afternoon to check on status and were told our tires were done and the oil change almost finished. When we arrived, the tires were completed, but the oil change wasn't started. In fact, the same vehicle from the morning remained on the lift. Another 1/2 hour later, with no attempt to complete the oil change, we paid for the tires and left. This was our third and last time we will have services completed at this location. I almost forgot, we live on our RV, and were assured by the service manager everything would be done as requested and scheduled 3 weeks on advance. More
