He is a very knowledgeable individual that didn’t mind me asking questions. Very personable and made me felt like family, Frank was equally as well. Satisfied with work but not with estimate I have no complaints about the service that Ford provides which is why I always bring my car there and purchase my car there as well. However, when I asked the service person, Toni, to give me an estimate of what my service would cost, she failed to tell me about shop supplies. So when I got my bill, the estimate she provided me was over by $35. I would have appreciated knowing this before giving the okay for service. And I wonder why shop supplies are not provided with the service that I'm paying for. My suggestion is that the service agent inform the customer that there would be a charge for something called shop supplies so that there are no surprises at the end. More
