Why are you turning off my headlights? I am getting really pissed off... every time I come in for service, someone not only changes my radio station but they also turn off my headlights..th I am getting really pissed off... every time I come in for service, someone not only changes my radio station but they also turn off my headlights..this becomes a hazard at night when my dash lights come on but my headlights have been turned off without my knowledge or my approval. It's easy, return the car the same way you receive it. Although this dealership is 2 mins from my house I'll find another dealership that will follow this common courtesy. I never had this issue when I owned a Chevy and went up the street. More
Why have an appointment? I scheduled a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. When I got there I asked it would take close to an hour. I was told it would be closer to to 2 hour I scheduled a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. When I got there I asked it would take close to an hour. I was told it would be closer to to 2 hours due to being short staffed. It turned out to be around 90 minutes. I figured I would at least get my free carwash. Nope, it was broken. Two disappointments. More

Mismanagement of allocated time vehicle was at dealer First it’s a combined rating the first time I went there was to get my oil change I didn’t have an appointment they told me it was a 3-4 hour wait for First it’s a combined rating the first time I went there was to get my oil change I didn’t have an appointment they told me it was a 3-4 hour wait for an oil change so I left and went to Flammer Ford North. Flammer north couldn’t look at transmission until Friday so set appointment with Ford of Port Richey Wednesday I believe for 1040 on the app and called dealer to verify appointment. I dropped vehicle off and let the service advisor now that I would need the car back at around 230 to 300 pm which I guess since I was a Certified Technician for Toyota I guess Fords process is longer which is nothing I can really say but my issue was that for the amount of time the car was there the only thing done was my concern being verified which I believe was joyriding because I could literally get the car to do every time the car is stopped why they had to drive over 20 miles I couldn’t say. I called the service advisors at about 1 130 pm to get status she said they where still working on it and that was it so I told her that I will be there at 3 to get the car and her response was we should know something then. I show up at 3 and I was informed that they still hadn’t figured the problem at yet so I asked to speak to a service manager and he just reiterated what she said and told me that maybe my expectations are extreme well being a combat veteran when giving a timeline people should be punctual and not lackadaisical money is time when my core is down it cost money. So I told them to give me my car back and I would take it somewhere else since they told me if I took and brought back they would have to start all over. So I called Flammer South because that’s the way I head for work and made an appt for Thursday at 11:30 explained situation to them and they told me they only had one transmission guy and had no loaners so I told them I had to go to Orlando to pickup another car and I’d try and have car back in time before they closed. I didn’t make it in time but dropped off Friday about a 11 or 12 and by like 3 or 4 the service advisor called me let me know the clutches where bad but the trans guy was off sat so earliest could get back was Monday no later than Tuesday which I had no issue with because I had made arrangements because the service people properly communicated to me what the shops abilities where and the personal they had for the issue I just felt the whole experience was overall better with good communication and not someone trying to talk down to an individual. I got a jump and right after my radio shorted out, my dashboard was lighting was glitchy, and speedometer needle was bouncing and I was worried maybe I had an underlying electrical problem rather than just a dead battery. Because I was worried, I drove straight to this dealership and was met with a very friendly technician. John kidd also came out to greet me and he tested my battery and said that it was just nearly dead (and not an electrical problem, phew!) causing all my problems. And not so sound like a cheap-xxx but I'm about to sell this truck in a couple of months so I didn't really want to drop a lot of money on a battery so I asked John if he could just jump me and I'd would just head to the nearest auto parts store and get a cheap battery and replace it myself (because let's be real, that xxxx is so easy). I was convinced to get a battery at the dealership because they offered some pretty reasonably priced ones. I agreed and was met by Eric Rozehnal who found me a pretty good deal for a battery (in the end about $115 + tax). This saved me some time getting to an auto shop and also avoided risking getting stuck somewhere if my battery completely died. On top of helping find a decently priced battery they offered to change it for me for free right there and then because they were concerned about me getting home safely without running out of power. Anyway, they changed it right there and then and I'm grateful for their help and concern and if they treat all their customers this way then FORD has found some winners. THANKS GUYS!!! I really appreciate your help last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
