Wacky car after 4 months I have had my car for 4 months and it just stops out of no where. I take it to the dealership and get not so great service from my advisor Joseph. The I have had my car for 4 months and it just stops out of no where. I take it to the dealership and get not so great service from my advisor Joseph. Then I am giving a run around the next day and then the 3rd day I am told my water pump went out. I have never had a water pump cause my car to have no drive, no reverse and no power at all. Now I have my car back and it feels different. My power steering doesnt feel right and my brakes dont feel right either. I have not been happy with this experience. I got put in a nasty crappy rental. I pay a lot of money for my car and am very disappointed in this situation. More

Not happy. Not even bother to put a service sticker on your windshield. I have doubts if they even did the service. 2 hrs for an alignment, when there was no wait time. When I called I was told no wait for an alignment. I got there they took my truck right in, no wait, great I was happy. Employees and management cycle through this dealership faster than the weather....I've endured so much frustration, aggrevation, and have wasted so m Employees and management cycle through this dealership faster than the weather....I've endured so much frustration, aggrevation, and have wasted so much of my time just trying to prove that there are numerous problems with my new vehicle that I'm completely exhausted. I've had to educate myself with YouTube and forums just so I could understand what was going on with it and so they couldn't talk down to me like i was stupid...turns out I've read up on most of the problems and i probably know more than they do now....unfortunately if there is no code for them to read they don't know how to go about resolving the problem. Mechanics of this era seem to be educated as far as data entry.....it's sad.... More
Air pressure sensor went off. Tires were checked to make su John Kidd my service manager checked all tires and leaks.
