Oil change Put wrong oil in my car by looking at my receipt. Called the dealer and asked about it and told them that the oil cap says 5w30 and why 5w20 oil was u Put wrong oil in my car by looking at my receipt. Called the dealer and asked about it and told them that the oil cap says 5w30 and why 5w20 oil was used. Got the answer from a John Kidd that they use 5w20 for every car and what says on the oil cap doesn’t matter, lol. Why do they even hire people with absolutely no knowledge. Had to drain the oil and put the correct one in myself. More

Better than sales team I was a little apprehensive to take my truck back to ford of Port Richey after all the issues I’ve had with their sales department and management over I was a little apprehensive to take my truck back to ford of Port Richey after all the issues I’ve had with their sales department and management over the sales team, but it was the closest ford to me. From the moment I got there which was 20 minutes earlier than my appointment, they took me right in. I had my two children with me so it made it difficult to wait. As fast as they could they called the warranty insurance to see if it was covered, checked to see the problem and constantly kept me updated telling me they were working as fast as they could. 2 hours later they had a ride for me and my children to enterprise to get a rental and everything was taken care of for me. Tires plus wanted to charge me $1,200, but I only had to pay my $100 deductible! I’d definitely do service with this department again, but definitely would never use their sales department ever again! More
