The people were extremely friendly and the gentleman that took my truck in was very kind and courteous, The issue I have is pricing after receiving bill and how much they wanted to charge me for a basic air filter. The coupon stated one thing and they didn't inform me of hidden fees before signing for service. I'm a Ford owner and would like to continue to bring my truck in for services, but if the pricing for simple services are going to be ridiculously expensive I'll take my truck somewhere else.
