Service writer was great but that's it Took truck in first time for a short did not find itermittent no start issue. Broke down and called service they said take it to a closer dealer. Was there 3 days and I took it back and decided They should fix it since I bought it there. Unfair to other dealer. They had truck 15 days and out 2 computers in it before they figured out it was a $20 relay causing issues. My new service writer Brian and TJ were great but the rest of my experience was bad. I also had issues when I first bought truck that was a nightmare with sales Dept. Will not buy here again. More

Very pleasant 1st experience This was our first visit to Ford of Port Richey. We were also greeted upon our arrival that helped us navigate through the process at your service department. We had to return same day for low air warning that popped up after we left and Frank had us return and got us taken care of immediately. More

Incomplete service requested I was in town short notice from upstate NY due to my father's sudden death on 7/4/18. My 2018 F-250 Super Duty was due for initial service (oil, filt I was in town short notice from upstate NY due to my father's sudden death on 7/4/18. My 2018 F-250 Super Duty was due for initial service (oil, filter and I wanted tires rotated. I towed a 30 foot travel trailer down and wanted the tires rotated to ensure even wear. I was leaving for home 48 hours later and ensured the service advisor knew that. I intentionally marked the front wheels as I always do to ensure they are rotated properly. When I picked the truck up following the work, a quick glance on the drivers side showed they had been rotated. Shame on me for not looking at the other side. They had not been touched. I contacted the dealership immediately and was told my service advisor would call me and correct the problem. I reinforced that I was leaving town for home and it would have to be done fist thing the following morning. I never received a call from the service advisor nor anyone else. Following a bad service review on my part, I received an email from TJ apologizing for the poor service. He offered a free oil change and refund of the rotation charge. He asked me to call which I did and just got voicemail. He didn't follow up with me nor has he responded to my emails. Having been a Ford customer for over 25 years, this is by far the worst example of customer service. I will find another dealership when in town again. Now retired, I will be looking to spending more time there. Same on this dealership. More
