Emergency service I was driving home from work and got a nail in my tire ! It was almost 5 in the evening when this occurred. I called Ford and was pleading to have som I was driving home from work and got a nail in my tire ! It was almost 5 in the evening when this occurred. I called Ford and was pleading to have someone fit me in that night because I had work the next morning at 6 am and could not be without a vehicle. Without a question they were willing to see me even without an appointment. As soon as I pulled in I was taken care of. I am so happy with the service I got at Ford today. The service was fast for not having an appointment and I felt taken care of. I will be coming back and telling my family and friends about it too!
