Took It to the shop, advisor checked it out, said he had to order one, to come back Fri I had moisture in the right rear tail light on my 2018 F1 50. Went back Friday, in about 30 minutes taillight was changed out and I was good to go. More

2017 Explorer Very responsive, and consistent with follow up My advisor was helpful and kept me informed throughout process including his schedule for days he would not be in contact great customer service....un My advisor was helpful and kept me informed throughout process including his schedule for days he would not be in contact great customer service....unfortunately I am only dissatisfied with my 2017 Explorer and amount of times and issues we have had and taken to your service or tarpon springs ford. I do not feel safe in vehicles being 19000 miles and drives like its 70000 miles. I had a 16 model I loved but this model for identical price and sport model (same as last model) the 16 model was more trustworthy and I felt so much safer. The axels were replaced and the ticking noise lessened which it is still there. Do to my health Bill's my credit score dropped but I have perfect pay history. I am looking to get payoff and up to 18 model or even maybe a used truck and car. I have begun getting paperwork together because I truly feel this car doesnt have a long life ahead and I don't even trust to drive to Orlando because we already have been stranded from battery dying when car turned off to get gas and would not restart so ford road serv came and helped. The car Boggs out and we can not find issue because it is not all the time but I am on disability and on remission so I drive 2 ohio every 3 to 4 months I truly feel i have a malfunctioning Ford and hope due to my mand family loyalty and A/Z plan I will be offered payoff with trade for new Explorer Sport with Michelin tires. I hope we can find a way to work this out I can show medical records if necessary for reasons why I need a vehicle I feel safe in not you that only works 50% time. My advisor was wonderful but if this isn't resolved then we may not purchase another Ford my grandmother also has 17 explorer basic model and ger 2012 ran like my 16 and we both wish we would never have bought new. I am financed through Ford with 0% 72 months @700 per month my credit has dropped which I can explain but I do again have perfect payment history on everything More
