Service Appointment I brought my mustang in for service on 07/10/2018. Frank Johnson, my service advisor for the day, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Ther I brought my mustang in for service on 07/10/2018. Frank Johnson, my service advisor for the day, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a warrenty issue ane Frank referred me to TJ DeGiorgio, the Service Director, to help me get the issue resolved. He got together with Ed Sassano, the Parts Manager, in a quick and professional manner. Both TJ and Ed were polite, helpful and very friendly. The overall experience was quite excellent! Service We purchased our cars at this dealership and have had all services done here at Ford of Port Richey. This experience was not like previous experiences We purchased our cars at this dealership and have had all services done here at Ford of Port Richey. This experience was not like previous experiences with the former female service manager Toni. We tried to schedule the service online with no response after 10 mins. We called in to set up the services and the person was nice, but must have been new. She had me spell everything and then spelled it all back to me. I guess it’s better to be correct then incorrect, it took to much time in my opinion for an appointment for an oil change. We scheduled the appointment with a service coupon found on their website, but they needed to see the coupon at the location. Good thing I took a snap shot of it and had it ready to view on my phone. The coupon was for oil service. Tire rotation and wash. The service person kept trying to upgrade us for additional pricey services already included. No car wash was ever done on the vehicle. We had two appointments two days in a row to service both vehicles. We ended up canceling the second appointment and are considering driving to another dealership for future services. More
