Courteous and timely Called and made an appt 2 hrs and had an oil change and was out in 1 hr. Office very friendly and service guy Steve was awesome. Dishonest and Rude Went In for a simple brake service on my 2015 F150. I was quoted $189, decided to wait for my truck, 3 hours later they told me it would cost $900 due Went In for a simple brake service on my 2015 F150. I was quoted $189, decided to wait for my truck, 3 hours later they told me it would cost $900 due to severe abuse. My truck only had 24,000 miles on it and still under full bumber to bumber warranty. I couldn’t believe it, when I started questioning why?, the service advisor got very defensive and rude. I told them to put it back together. I went down the street to Flammer Ford they completed the service for under $400. It needed new Rotors that was the reason for the increase. Lesson: always get a second opinion and educate yourself, do the research. I’ll never go to Ford of Port Richey again. More
