Family We had a to make a trip to Michigan on short notice due to an accident that happen to my Grandson and his friend. Prices are to high for the average income family to afford. I appreciated your time and effort put into looking at my transmission and diagnosing the problem but your prices are extremely to high to have it rep I appreciated your time and effort put into looking at my transmission and diagnosing the problem but your prices are extremely to high to have it repaired at ford ($3,100) or $4300 for a new one with 3yr warranty. I have found a 20yr old reputable transmission shop locally that can fix it for $2100 it's more of an achievable price!!! More

Fast, courteous and thorough Called Ford through the app and they guided me through the steps to have my car towed to the Dealership.
