Dishonest and Rude Went In for a simple brake service on my 2015 F150. I was quoted $189, decided to wait for my truck, 3 hours later they told me it would cost $900 due Went In for a simple brake service on my 2015 F150. I was quoted $189, decided to wait for my truck, 3 hours later they told me it would cost $900 due to severe abuse. My truck only had 24,000 miles on it and still under full bumber to bumber warranty. I couldn’t believe it, when I started questioning why?, the service advisor got very defensive and rude. I told them to put it back together. I went down the street to Flammer Ford they completed the service for under $400. It needed new Rotors that was the reason for the increase. Lesson: always get a second opinion and educate yourself, do the research. I’ll never go to Ford of Port Richey again. More

oil change Oil change took 3and half hours said drain plug was striped took part home and put a wrench on it and it was fine .
