Every time I try Ford of PR I am sorry. Service advisor nice but couldn’t even explain what was wrong with the vehicle when I needed a full transmission rebuild. Then the mechanics don’t put everything back together leaving out “nuts and bults” causing my engine cover on the underside of the vehicle to become damaged. Along with scratched my paint while in service. “He's here every Thursday and Friday from 9-12pm” talk about inconvenience to the customer. In addition to when I went back for them to replace my engine cover they forget to replace the “nut and/or bulbs that hold the rear bumper on. Come to find out the didn’t have the “nut and or / bolts” in stock so I was Invited back yet again. I work full time 6 days a week. Even spent my birthday at ford of port richey. They STILL can’t get it right. Unbelievable, unacceptable, and not to mention unsafe. Safety first is definitely not a priority. The service manager even invited me to walk the car with it in the air to observe my concerns one by one. When he found out the ex husband was with me he changed his mind real quick asked for the keys. Keep them broke so they keep returning? Not this gal. Never again. Don’t treat women like they are dumb. It’s not nice and it’s seriously bad for business. More
Besides the AC clutch needing fixed I was told I had a leak. They didn't know where the leak was coming from it was black and it looks like oil. I knew it could not possibly be oil because I religiously c leak. They didn't know where the leak was coming from it was black and it looks like oil. I knew it could not possibly be oil because I religiously change my oil. I was told that they could not tell me what it was until they got done changing my AC clutch for $1,800. When I took it back from Ford and took it to an honest mechanic it turned out that the leak was not oil that it was actually from the AC condenser More
