Not only were they straight- forward and friendly, but I wa by another dealer in Manhattan, I did an online search and found Ford Lincoln of Queens. Not only were they straight- forward and friendly, but I was in my new 2012 Ford Escape in two days!!! and at a much lower price than the other dealership. A month later, I referred a family member to the same person that assisted me and she too was behind the wheel of her new vehicle the very same day she went there and again at a lower price than she was being quoted at another dealership.
