services department employees are rude,childish,act like they owe the place and you bother them when you ask for service..I received a letter for recall ..called warranty for reimbursement ,ford ask me to g they owe the place and you bother them when you ask for service..I received a letter for recall ..called warranty for reimbursement ,ford ask me to give any location close to me the receipts to start process..I stop by the employe don't want talk and don't want listen..just said need appointment in 2 weeks for service!! what service he said too many recall..I told him can you process the claim ..he refused..after 2 weeks I figured out its 2 different things..I stop by looking line every customer complain. I guy his name is Andres I believe took my car and promise it's will finish in 3-4 hour max and I will receive a call..I called alll day no one answer or answer and hung up in my face..second day I called from different number..they answer once they know me hung up again..once I start warning I will call ford for complain a guy answer me and saying five 2 hour and will call yoy..guess what I LOST MY JOB CAUSE OF THIS..no one call..I stop by the place and after another type of suffering I pick up my car..and I figured out all this time the claim for reimbursement not open yet..Andres talk to me like I'm his mad saying it's take 10 weeks!!! and I figured out when I gived him the receipts first day he didn't submitted and second visit in 2 weeks they fix one of my recall but not submitted cause he called off..now after a month a call and figuerd out warranty ask him for mail the original receipt who I asked him to keep it and refused and he didn't mail it..since he is the boss he descide to not and email is enough...when I called for update he refuse to pick up the phone and told the lady to tell me..he told you it's takes 10 weeks and refused to give info..badd place..no management or supervision More
It took way too long to get a response to handle my situation and when it was finally addressed a few weeks later by the main person in charge, they didn't really explain why it was taking so long to g situation and when it was finally addressed a few weeks later by the main person in charge, they didn't really explain why it was taking so long to get my situation solved and get my refund. Never had a dealership experience like this and I've owned over 30 cars in my life time. This was suppose to be my first Ford and they blew it for me. I'd never recommend this dealer or this salesman to any of my friends or networks of car enthusiasts. They also wouldn't honor the original price when I first put a deposit down. Very disappointed. More
