Have not yet experienced service as I just got a new F350. Friendly people. Ordering a new vehicle is not an accurate process. I did not get all my specific options. We walked in and immediately felt that Taylor was NOT going to try to pressure us into a vehicle. He was kind, knowledgable and very patient. Love this dealearship.
