Mediocre Service Sales rep was helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle. Only issues I had was that I questioned a knick in the windshield and asked if Sales rep was helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle. Only issues I had was that I questioned a knick in the windshield and asked if that was something they were going to replace. He said it was fixed by the dealership and that I shouldn't worry about it. A week later I noticed its starting to crack. So now I'm going to be responsible for replacing my windshield because they were very adamant that theres no warranty just manufacture. Also once the finance rep found out we were financing with our Credit Union and weren't interested in any warranty products, his attitude changed and he was quick to give us our purchase contract and be done. As a result of not financing with the dealership or purchasing the extended warranty, the full gas tank and car wash I was promised, did not happen. Sales rep Kamal was kind enough to fill up 3 quartes of a tank for me out of his pocket. More

Best Dealer Experience I have been to many dealers and they have all made me feel like I can't leave without buying a car. But not at Ford of Upland. I contacted the intern I have been to many dealers and they have all made me feel like I can't leave without buying a car. But not at Ford of Upland. I contacted the internet sales department about a car that I had seen. Even though the car was no longer available they went above and beyond to get me into a car that fit my specifications and budget. The whole team worked tirelessly for 2 days to get me into something that I would be happy with. During my time at the dealer, everyone was amazing!
