Based off my experience yesterday I would recommend with caution and not sure that I would go back. Even though I had an appointment and even showed up early, it took 4 1/2 hours for just an oil change. I was called almost 2 1/2 hours after it was promised. And not even a courtesy car wash was done. I was not offered a ride home so I had to walk. Thankfully I was able to have them pick me up when my vehicle was done. I just feel that communication was lacking as well as consideration. So I’ll give it another try because I’m loyal but if it happens again I’ll be ready to try another dealership. I can’t list any employee that I worked with because nobody introduced themselves. I dealt with Gus as the gentleman who did the intake, he was nice. More
Dealership review I was interested to purchase a Ford Ranger, was emailing back and forward on the price with the Sales Selena and someone name Jeff that never shows h I was interested to purchase a Ford Ranger, was emailing back and forward on the price with the Sales Selena and someone name Jeff that never shows his face, Finally I decide to step into the dealer to test drive and work some numbers try to make a deal, then go back and forward again on the price. Then the next day Jeff emailed me and offer me $28,183.65+fees. So I decided to make a deal, then some other Deal Closer try to jack up the price again to $28,310, and give me that guilt trip that they are basically giving away the truck to me without making any money. Then later they drop $100 so I end up paying $28,210 + fees. I ask them to also add a drop in bed liner into the deal that I know cost about $395 according to Ford Website, the Deal Closer try to tell me is gonna be $1000 to add that into the deal. I assume after he checked the price, he know was his mistake. The next day I came to pick up my new truck notice bed liner was not install, delivery guy Kenny told me he will call me to get the ETA on the bed liner and also schedule a time to get it install. Never got any reply from him or Selena til I decided to text her the next day. After 4 days after I picked up my truck, my bed liner came in, I brought it to the dealer to get it install, I notice there are only 4 tie down hooks on my truck bed, 2 tie down hooks are missing, I try to order it thru parts dept, the hooks are back order. Satisfied: 1. Friendly Sales that shows me the features on the truck such as Sync 3 function and help me set up Ford Pass and Android Auto. Unsatisfied: 1. Deal Closer try to manipulate the price on adding bed liner and giving false price. 2. Missing 2 bed tie down from Manufacturer. 3. Sloppy PDI. Washer fluid low, tires air pressure is set to 45psi on all tires. 4. No communication after vehicle was delivered, no signs of try to make an effect to contact me to give the status on the bed Liner 5. Change my phone number to incorrect number so Ford CSI department can't contact me for CSI survey. 6. F&I did not bother to use my legal name on the title of my vehicle that match my driver license. Service needs improvement! I had an appointment for oil change and I arrived 20 minutes early, it ended up taking 2 hours and then I asked if car wash was included. I was told I had an appointment for oil change and I arrived 20 minutes early, it ended up taking 2 hours and then I asked if car wash was included. I was told it had to be requested but I wasn't aware of that until after the fact, they obliged taking another 15 minutes and car was still dirty. I think I will be going back to Citrus Ford for service. More
