"Problem not solve, Simple oil service took all day" This last car service visit was not the best experience. The outcome of the appointment to inspect a noise coming from the front of the car when turning the steering wheel left or right did not even got inspected. I scheduled the appointment @ 9:30 am and by 5:00pm the only thing they had completed was the oil change. Also, I requested a car wash and did not got it. After all that they told me I needed to leave the car overnight so that they could continue inspecting the problem with the noise but I just went to pick up my car because i couldn't leave it overnight. More
