Went above and beyond!!! My sync system had started to malfunction just before my mile warranty lapsed. The service manager (Eric) and his team make a customer good will request and were able to get my system replaced under warranty. HONESTLY WAS THE DETERMINING FACTOR TO WHETHER WE WOULD EVER BUY A FORD AGAIN, AS WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE EXPLORER, WITH THE ONLY ISSUE BEING THE SYNC, WHICH THEY FIXED. More

Excellent service! I had my oil changed at Quick Lane in Rancho Cucamonga. The technicians found that my F 150 had an oil pan leak.
