Horrible Car has been in there so far 4 times for the same thing and still hasn't been fixed. Service work was fine. The house not so good Left coupon for oil change at home, service knows there’s an active coupon but doesn’t give me a break and charged full price. Didn’t ask if I was a FordPass member so as of now the $60.00 I spent for service doesn’t at to points. Very disappointed. I have an Infiniti and the service there is very professional. Coupon or not they give you the active deal if it applies. Receptionist didn’t even explain if I wanted to add points or if the points would be added, just wanted to know if I wanted to use my points. More
Made a 7am appt and car was returned at 6pm. Again it is either Management or the Service person who is Great. In this case it was Kim. She was Great and an Asset to your company. How can I make a 7 am appointment for a diagnostic check the find out at 5:30 pm. that nothing is wrong with the car. That process should have been 2-3 hours top. I ultimately purchased a battery due to the only reason I can think why a car would have a cold start is that. Hopefully I was able to fix the problem with that. I appreciate your management and or employee Kim. Other than that. We always have something go wrong when we service our car here. Thanks for the effort though. More
