Yes My experience was I made an appointment but my car didn't get seen for 3 days. Every time I would call I couldn't reach Lilian until I had to call fords normal line. Staff and the purchase went well. The issue I have is after spending 60k for a brand new vehicle I can't get in to have issues fixed that came from the factory such as tire rub and misaligned tailgate wi after spending 60k for a brand new vehicle I can't get in to have issues fixed that came from the factory such as tire rub and misaligned tailgate without having to miss a day if work.
