Bad service I took my car for an air bag recall . Steve said it had an engine light on I told him it might be from bbk shorty headers . He said if I didn't have c I took my car for an air bag recall . Steve said it had an engine light on I told him it might be from bbk shorty headers . He said if I didn't have carb sticker it was not legal . I told him it was legal all you had to do was take the time to look on the website ! When I told him a friend of mine always takes the time to check website he assumed I was getting done illegal . He was pretty rude . I ended up getting the works were they are supposed to top off fluids and change oil . No tire rotation and I asked six times for a car wash . They never wash your car here it happen the last time also. The only time I've been there is for recalls they should try to make visits more friendly especially if you get additional services! More

Outstanding Service I felt special because Kim remembered me from a previous visit.
