We took it back in and were told it had a cracked manifold (another 4 days in the shop). A couple of months later we noticed it was leaking oil from the rear seal and took it back in only to be charged $180 to be told it was not leaking from the seal that they supposedly replaced. We took the car to an independent mechanic and were told it was leaking from the rear seal and that we should report them. More

Professional I am new to the area used another dealership before for my Fusion. Got an airbag recall. Called that dealership FOUR times left mess to get fixed. So on advice I tried Ford of Upland, they took my first call and had me in two a few days later. I am now a new customer. Service writer Steve Martinez was great, set me up with a rental car even had my car washed for me!!! It was a recall the dealership made no money from me but they gained a new customer. I will be back and will recommend to family and friends. More
