It ws an awesome experience! We have been coming to Ford of Upland for many years because we own 4 Fords. We have always gotten excellent treatment by everyone there. Kim told me when the servicing of our vehicle would be done and as promised it was completed right on time. She also texted me questions that she had about additional servicing our Explorer needed such as a new battery. I approved it immediately with a return text, saving tim and preventing an additional trip. Great job! More

That got me a little mad The service technician told me he would call me when the car was ready but I had to call the Ford Center to see if my car was ready that was at 4 o’clock and I told them to wash my car and they did not I paid for my car I came home then the technician calledTo tell me that my car was ready that’s not good service I’m kind of disappointed at that kind of service More

Based off my experience yesterday I would recommend with caution and not sure that I would go back. Even though I had an appointment and even showed up early, it took 4 1/2 hours for just an oil change. I was called almost 2 1/2 hours after it was promised. And not even a courtesy car wash was done. I was not offered a ride home so I had to walk. Thankfully I was able to have them pick me up when my vehicle was done. I just feel that communication was lacking as well as consideration. So I’ll give it another try because I’m loyal but if it happens again I’ll be ready to try another dealership. I can’t list any employee that I worked with because nobody introduced themselves. I dealt with Gus as the gentleman who did the intake, he was nice. More

Service needs improvement! I had an appointment for oil change and I arrived 20 minutes early, it ended up taking 2 hours and then I asked if car wash was included. I was told I had an appointment for oil change and I arrived 20 minutes early, it ended up taking 2 hours and then I asked if car wash was included. I was told it had to be requested but I wasn't aware of that until after the fact, they obliged taking another 15 minutes and car was still dirty. I think I will be going back to Citrus Ford for service. More
