Avoid Kim at all cost Kim never put in my paperwork so my car sat in there lot all day. When doors were closing I started getting impatient and that’s when I discovered her Kim never put in my paperwork so my car sat in there lot all day. When doors were closing I started getting impatient and that’s when I discovered her errors. She never submitted my paperwork so my car got looked at as they were closing the doors behind my car. She pulled up with the technician in the passenger seat doing the work as she pumps my brakes like a nascar driver. It took 5 minutes yet I was without a car all because of Kim’s incompetence and disorganization. She was blaming the girl who made the appointment for scheduling me on such a busy day. Well I scheduled early and still got helped last. This was the worst experience I ever had here. Might not return. I don’t want Kim hanging on my car door like we’re buddies after all those errors. More

What I mean by that is for example, when having been written up by the porter outside, I requested to have the car washed per company policy because if not requested, they won’t do it. Now, I don’t know if I need to tell the service writer INSIDE to also have it washed, because when I returned to pick up the vehicle, it hadn’t been washed. I figured since I had told the porter outside, he would put in the request in the write-up slip. It was maybe around 5:10PM when car was ready for pickup. I mean I get it; it’s late in the day. The day’s almost done and everyone wants to just get out. So I just don’t know if I need to let the porter outside know AND the service writer inside, or not sure how information gets relayed, but I just look for consistency in service. Thank you. More

Excellent Customer Service I had an issue with my truck and was stuck without a vehicle. Without any notice I had it towed to Ford of Upland and they were very accommodating eve I had an issue with my truck and was stuck without a vehicle. Without any notice I had it towed to Ford of Upland and they were very accommodating even offering me a ride home. I expected to be without my truck for a day or two. Much to my delight I received a call later that afternoon saying my truck was ready. Here’s the best part, I picked it up and was told it was no charge due to warranty. I fully expected to be gouged for something but thankfully they were honest and fixed it free of charge. More
Not fully informed when make appointment on phone the 49.95 service I questioned 3 times on phone compared to the almost $600. 00 service charge, when I came in, left me upset. Ford airbag recall I was very pleased to know that ford did mobile on site repairs for my airbag recall. The dealerships were requiring me to leave the car all day makin I was very pleased to know that ford did mobile on site repairs for my airbag recall. The dealerships were requiring me to leave the car all day making it very difficult to make time. I received a notice on my door from Daniel at the airbag recall team and he promptly came to make the repair. Very hassle free! I’m very pleased. More
