In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the B them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does. More

This place messed my car up left it in direct sun light for 11 months then gave it back to me without cleaning the outsaid or inside. I towed it from there to a other trusted place they found the breaks we for 11 months then gave it back to me without cleaning the outsaid or inside.
