Very disappointed. Ordered a 2022 truck through this dealership. They took my $500 deposit real fast. But if I try to contact service department, (where they have to earn the money) I get no response fo dealership. They took my $500 deposit real fast. But if I try to contact service department, (where they have to earn the money) I get no response for days on end. I have tried multiple times to get a response. Wish they had been better about communicating. I'd think I would rather take my business to a larger, better organized dealership. More

Had a crazy issue with my 2018 Ford Escape, stuck in park! Was able to take it to Ford of Ventura and they fixed it for me!
