I purchased a 2013 Ferrari California from FCC a couple of months back (I never do reviews immediately after purchasing something - I need to have the product a while to be sure everything is ok). I bought the car through their website; I was a little nervous as I'd never bought a car "sight unseen" before but everything was as described on the website. Also, Sebastian did me a nice video walkaround just so I could check out the interior close-up (checking for Ferrari's notorious sticky buttons). My wife and I flew down to Charlotte 2 days after verbally confirming the purchase; Sebastian picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly; chatted to a bunch of the sales guys. The only thing that could have been improved was to reduce the waiting time in the dealership (as we had to drive back to Virginia same day) e.g. the final cleaning/detailing could have been done the day before and the paperwork took longer than necessary but on the plus side they didn't try to sell me a bunch of add-ons. And how often do you buy a Ferrari - so why not sit back and enjoy the experience. More
