A really good car-buying experience! I finally took the plunge to explore whether I would buy an Aston Martin. I met Ray Smith when I went to the dealership, and over the course of a cou I finally took the plunge to explore whether I would buy an Aston Martin. I met Ray Smith when I went to the dealership, and over the course of a couple of days, I was educated about the cars available, and the amenities and costs. We finally came to terms on a car at the Greensboro location of the dealership, and the car was delivered the next day. The final sales terms and financing and purchase documents were all concluded in a calm, no-pressure situation. All very professional. In addition to Ray, kudos to Luis Pinto in finance and to the manager, Bob Pletcher. Overall buying was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to seeing if the ongoing service relationship is just as pleasant. More

Bob Pletcher and Sal Calabria were very professional in returning my calls promptly, handling the sales process and went the extra mile to arrange for my new purchase to be shipped to Pennsylvania. Luis Pinto arranged for the financing with the best available interest rate. All sales paper work was shipped overnight which enabled a speedy purchase. Great internet buy experience with Ray Smith I have bought many, many vehicles in my nearly 40 years since getting my drivers license and often buy from out of state because I am very particular I have bought many, many vehicles in my nearly 40 years since getting my drivers license and often buy from out of state because I am very particular in what I am looking for. A few times I have burned by sales people that did not give me a straight and honest assessment of the vehicle which is critical as I rely on them to be my "eyes and ears." I have to say that this was an excellent experience with a very honest approach. There was no pressure and no goofy gimmicks or back and forth negotiating. We did a quick, fair deal and the Mercedes S63 was everything Ray promised. All the cars on the lot were in very, very good condition like the one I bought and they seem to deal with only top tier cars. I dealt with Ray Smith from the first call until I drove off and he was always very professional and extremely attentive. Due to my daily work schedule, I prefer email and texts and Ray immediately conformed to my preference and answered questions and addressed all my concerns at any time, day or night and even on Sunday. I would definitely buy another car from Ray. Car was detailed very well and ready to roll when I got there too. More

They Stand Behind Their Cars I initially wrote a negative review because of the below issue, but Sal and FCC have really come through to stand behind their car. I did my first ev I initially wrote a negative review because of the below issue, but Sal and FCC have really come through to stand behind their car. I did my first ever purchase of a vehicle over the internet and had the car shipped. Buying sight unseen you obviously need to have alot of trust in the people you are dealing with, and I felt pretty good about FCC and Sal. Wiring 90 grand based on a few phone calls and some pictures was kinda unsettling! Then of course you don't know what you are really in for until the car arrives. Well, when the car arrived it was in every bit the condition Sal said it would be - very very clean, awesome looking car. BUT...only one key fob. Not FCC's fault, but this is an Audi and my local dealer wants FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a new fob. Obviously I was not looking forward to a $500 surcharge on my purchase, but when I raised this with Sal and his boss, they came back right away and agreed to cover the cost. Now THAT is why you buy from someone - not just a car dealer, but anyone: they back up their product, and in so doing they create the trust that will bring people back. I would not hesitate to recommend Sal and FCC, certainly based on how they dealt with me through the purchase process, and the quality of the car matching their description, but most of all because they backed things up. Maybe a few hundred bucks doesn't seem like much in such a purchase, but to me, it was only partly the money - it was about integrity and supporting what you're selling. Thanks Sal.
