Forest City Honda - Service Center

I have always respected the Service Department at Forest City Honda. They never tried to add service...or find something else to bring up the price. Sadly, that changed this time. I was told that my vehicle of under 18,000 miles, (2020 CR-V) needed a change of diff fluid for AWD. I have never heard of such a thing, and no one explained it to me. They only said my car needed it. I still have no idea what the diff fluid is nor why it was needed. I ended up paying $190 for oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and the diff fluid changed. More
