Good, professional service! I have had my Honda vehicles serviced here for 10 years, and have never had any issues with the service. Wendy has always had a friendly greeting, and keeps me up to date on the serviced here for 10 years, and have never had any issues with the service. The appointment was easy to make. The Service was quick. The only thing I did not like what is that supposedly coupons were sent to my email which I printed out to use however once arriving at service the p The only thing I did not like what is that supposedly coupons were sent to my email which I printed out to use however once arriving at service the prices on the coupons were the prices that are normally for those services. Why send me a coupon if there’s no discounts? Other than that Service was fine. More

Wendy always does a superb job and explains was what was neededand what was done. I talked with a sales person about downsizing the # of vehicles I have and what they would offer for my Accord hybrid touri neededand what was done. The Forest City Honda team is always helpful and accommodating. Yesterday, I was scheduled for an oil change at 3 p.m. but finished my errands in town about an hour earlier than planned. I called to accommodating. Yesterday, I was scheduled for an oil change at 3 p.m. but finished my errands in town about an hour earlier than planned. I called to see if they could get me in earlier and was told to come on. They took me in quickly and had cold bottled water and fresh popcorn in the waiting area. Excellent service! More

I usually give 5 stars for Forest City Honda. They are courteous and professional - and they were this time. I'm just a bit upset that they took almost 3 hours to put on 4 new tires.
