The only person I had contact with was Wendy from the time I pulled in until I left. She was as friendly as she usually is. She is so thorough explaining everything that may have to be done to solve the time I pulled in until I left. She was as friendly as she usually is. It had a small nail in it. I waited inside and had a very nice conversation with another lady waiting and Dennis who was putting water in the cooler. He was also very friendly and enjoyed his conversation. Even though it was only a tire leak, I came to the Honda dealer rather than take it elsewhere. I trust the Honda dealer to tell me the truth.
